Color Code for Ellements Magazine Summer issue

I had so much fun with this shoot. It was a simple shoot, planned simply to capture the color Ari got in her hair during the a hair show by Ted Gibson. Between she, Monique and I we put together enough looks to submit. I love these images. Here are the ones featured in the magazine, and a few of the outtakes that didn't make the issue. Brawler

I am so excited to finally be able to post this editorial. It's one of my favorites that I worked on this year! I used Annelise Adams from Emerge Talent, and make-up artist Andie Sleeman (www.andiesleeman.com) for this one. I wanted to show a street brawler, but do it in a way that was still beautiful. Annelise was the perfect choice for me, her face is that mix of edgy and beautiful that really brought this to life.  Not to mention how awesome Andie did with the make-up.
